The Japanese international masters (v1.3.0) are an evolution of the Japanese DVD masters (v1.2.0).
They were used for:

Misconceptions
In his How TMS Changed The International Version Of SONIC X video, the videomaker Hensama made some mistakes, because he used the Stitch Encodes as the Japanese version, although these encodes used the French masters for the video of season 2.
