Episode 1

Supersonic Hero Appears! (超音速ヒーロー登場!, Chōonsoku Hīrō Tōjō!) is the 1st episode of Sonic X.

It is available in Japanese, French, Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai and Indonesian.

Characteristics

Its conventional length is 24:35. It uses Opening 1 and Ending 1.

The eyecatch cards are Sonic the Hedgehog and Sam Speed.

The title card theme was removed during the surround mixing. Thus, it is only heard up to v1.2 and is absent starting v1.2.1.

In other languages

Other languages use evolutions of v1.3 as their base, so the title card theme is absent in all of them.

The French version is in PAL speed. The DVD masters use the French version of opening 1 and of the ending of episode 1.

For the Sonic Drive insert at 18:13, Korean replaces it with its version, while every other dub keeps the original.
