Episode 1

The Supersonic Hero Takes the Stage! (超音速ヒーロー登場!, Chōonsoku Hīrō Tōjō!) is the 1st episode of Sonic X.

It is available in Japanese, French, Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai and Indonesian.

Its conventional length is 24:35. It uses opening 1 and ending 1.

The eyecatch cards are Sonic the Hedgehog and Sam Speed.

It ends with a preview of episode 2.

The title card theme was removed for the surround mixing. Thus, it is only heard up to v1.2.0 (stereo audio).

In other languages

Other languages use evolutions of v1.3.0 as their base, so the title card theme is absent in all of them.

French

The episode was converted to PAL (sped up and pitched up by 1001⁄960 ≃ 1.04).

The opening uses the French version of Sonic Drive.

The ending uses the instrumental version of Mi-Ra-I.

Korean

The opening uses the Korean version of Sonic Drive.

The Sonic Drive insert at 18:13 is replaced by the Korean version.

The ending uses the Korean version of Mi-Ra-I.
